There's No Harm in Asking . . .

  1. How are you able to deliver large plants and bulky supplies?
While other plant sites rely on national shipping services with crippling size restrictions, the simple genius of the Landscape Express concept is that we deliver locally with our own trucks.  By sourcing plant materials from regional suppliers, we can bring you towering trees or pallets of soil conditioners & mulch — you name it — and deliver it all to your yard or driveway. We are also happy to bring you the smallest of plants and a few bags of conditioners & mulch because, well, we drive in circles for a living.
  2. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Tulsa and the surrounding areas only at this time. This includes: Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Broken Arrow, Mannford, Lotsee, Prattville and Glen Pool. You can see a detailed delivery map here.
  3. Is there a warranty on the plants?
Yes, even though there is some risk on our part that things will be planted and cared for properly (we believe in you!), Landscape Express offers a Full Replacement At No Cost To You warranty.  The term of the warranty is six months for shrubs and one year for trees.  We do ask that you follow our Planting and Care Guidelines and that you are honest with us if you feel you may have failed on your end.  If you feel all or partially responsible, we will still discount by 50% any replacement plants you need.
  4. Do I need to be home when the plants are delivered?
No, you don’t need to be home for our delivery to be made. When you get to the Check-Out page on our site, there will be a place for you to leave any special instructions (“left side of driveway”, “right side of lawn”, etc). Our delivery people will take a photo of the delivered materials and text you to let you know the drop has been made.
  5.  What if I can’t immediately plant everything I ordered? Will this put the plants at risk?
Generally speaking, potted plants can survive indefinitely if you simply keep them watered. Remember, these plants would be sitting in their pots on gravel or dirt at the nursery if you hadn’t rescued them to the safety of your home. Even balled-and-burlapped trees will be just fine if you lightly soak their root balls daily. In extreme heat or cold, you can surround them with the bags of conditioners and mulch you would have ordered, until you are ready to plant. That said, if you have a large project planned, we are happy to bring out your order in a couple installments, if that helps ease your mind.
  6. What if I need on-site design help to even get started?
This is one of our favorite aspects of Landscape Express.  While we hope you can get most or all of your design questions figured out on our web site, we also realize that some situations really call for a physical visit from a qualified designer. By offering On Site Consultation, we make it possible for you to keep your full Do-It-Yourself status while enjoying the benefits of a professional designer’s assessment of your precise needs and creative options.  A $125 fee covers our drive-time and an hour of onsite design discussions. Half of this fee becomes a credit towards your first Landscape Express plant purchase. If talking through everything leaves you with a need for a fully drawn landscape plan, our designer can discuss the options and prices for rendering various types of Landscape Design Plans.
  7. What if I need on-site design help after the plants arrive?
Even for clients who have been able to work through the pre-project design process without a site visit, a little help with the actual final lay-out can bring significant peace of mind. To this end, we are happy to send out a designer to help you with the final plant placement decisions. A $75 fee covers this visit. If you’ve already paid for a pre-project design visit, the cost of a second trip to help with plant placement is reduced to $50.
